    The residence includes eight small smart independent houses with comfortable fixtures and refined fittings, fully furnished and equipped; they are located in a prestigious residential compound of new construction (year 2013), placed in a garden suburb called Tremilia, in the countryside around Syracuse.

    Designer of the overall compound is architect Vincenzo Latina, winner of National Gold Medal for Italian Architecture of year 2012 and our building enterprise, one of the eldest in town, has been responsible for execution and home furnishings: building’s style is up-to-date and graceful.

    From the residence you can reach on foot, in a few minutes, the hamlet Belvedere, where you can find various services, such as coffee shops, supermarkets, hairdressers, petrol station, pharmacy, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, bakery, ice cream parlors, shops, butchers, banks, cinema and newsagents.

    In a few minutes by car you can arrive also at large shopping centers and hypermarkets and in a very few minutes by car you can take the freeway  Rosolini-Siracusa-Catania.

    It’s a very strategic location!!

    The eight houses are divided in two groups of four and each of them has a private entrance. They are extended 50 square meters about, on two levels:

            on ground floor there is a bright area that includes kitchen, dining and living area, with a sofa bed. There is a small guest bathroom (where is located a washing machine) and two large French doors, one of them overlooking the entrance courtyard adorned with plants and the other overlooking a small private garden (the extension of the gardens varies from 30 to 100 square meters about);

            on first floor, accessed by a beautiful wooden staircase, there is a large double bedroom fully furnished, a wide bathroom with shower, a big wardrobe, two storage compartments; the bedroom has a balcony overlooking the small private garden.

Each villa has a private covered parking space in a shared car park, which is connected to level of apartments by a staircase and a ramp, and a private basement, with a small window and a washbasin.

    The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room and is fully furnished and supplied with many modern appliances, such as two large-format color TVs (one per floor), a large fridge with frozen compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with all brand-new utensils and crockery.

    It's  possible to rent the property for short or long periods.

    For short-term holidays the rent for each full week varies from € 700 in high season (July-August-Christmas-classical performances),  to € 500 for all other periods.
The rent is inclusive of all utilities and expenses (electricity, water, gas, wi-fi internet, garden maintenance, residents’ expenses, VAT at 10%).

    For rentals of more than three months price is 1.000 euros for month; for rentals of three months price is 1.200 euros for month; for rentals of two months price is 1.350 euros for month; about rentals of one month the price is 1.500 euros.

    Special fare will be accorded in special situations.
